Priority Management

Objective

The Priority Management option is used to define the priorities used in Scheduled Maintenance Management and Generate Work Orders.

 

The priority is related to work orders created with the Generate Work Orders option and can be used to determine which work orders should be given priority.

For example, Urgent, Normal, etc.

 

Steps

  maestro* > Equipment > Preventive Maintenance > Maintenance > Priority Management (Web)

 

Create a priority

  1. Enter the required information:

 

Fields followed by the * character are mandatory fields.

Field

Description

Task Code*

Code that identifies the priority.

French Description

French description that identifies the priority.

English Description*

English description that identifies the priority.

  1. Click Save.
